Bohème, located on Bridge Street, is an ambitious new project from long-time friends and business partners Andi Lowe-Smith and Ben Iles. The stylish restaurant is the latest in a long line of collaborations between the pair and will offer café-style dining, refined restaurant dishes, unique drinks options and a snack menu.
Boheme is a glorious destination you need to experience in reality, from their ever-evolving rotational menu to the show-piece bar which is wrapped in locally handmade tiles and Italian marble.
Curtis Tonge, a Roux Scholarship finalist, is among the stellar line up of chefs in the Boheme kitchen, and will bring with him the rising star of Chester’s kitchens, Liam Williams who is only 18 and started cooking in lockdown with this brother at home.
Curtis and Liam will be on the Chef Demo stage on Sunday 31st March at 5pm
