Harry Redmayne – BarLounge

A Cestrian with a passion for getting Chester on the food & drink map. Harry has spent 13
years as a “celebrity” chef around Chester honing his skills (some may say he doesn’t look
old enough). After spending time at Upstairs At The Grill & realising that the grass isn’t
always greener, or should we say the sausages aren’t always stickier, he’s back at BarLounge as the Head Chef.

BarLounge has been serving great food & drink in the heart of Chester for 24 years. From
Bites & Boards on the terrace (the baby sausages are something of a Chester institution) to
their twists on classics, pizzas from the stone oven, steaks & their Sunday Roast in the
restaurant, they’ve got you covered for every occasion.

Shaun Morris – BarLounge

After 10 years in Leeds, Shaun made the trip back over the Pennines to Chester (they never
could understand him in Yorkshire), bringing with him knowledge, passion & a love of
creating great cocktails. Having recently taken on the Bar Manager role of both sides of the
street, BarLounge & Upstairs at the Grill, Shaun has a lot more to juggle than whether
Everton win or lose!

Proudly serving the city of Chester for 24 years BarLounge are known for their cocktails –
inspired by the classics with a unique BarLounge twist. BarLounge offers both the comfort of
a chilled relaxing afternoon on the terrace or a place to party in the evenings.


The team from BarLounge will be on the Chef Demo stage on Sunday 31st March at 4pm
