We are Mark & Emma and are the faces behind Yorkshire Tornado Potato Co.

We have over 10 years of experience of working in the hospitality industry.

We will be selling Yorkshire Tornado Potatoes which are essentially a spiralled potato on a wooden skewer that is deep fried in a light batter. We will have a range of homemade flavoured salts, sauces and toppings that customers can choose to personalise the product. These ‘go down a storm’ in the Far East but we believe we are the first to bring them to Yorkshire with a ‘twist’ of local ingredients and know how.

Tornado Potatoes are enjoyed as a snack, rather than a full meal.

They are suitable for children and would appeal to adults who are wanting to try a variety of food stalls throughout the day. They are also suitable for vegetarians, and some are naturally vegan friendly.

We do not use any single use plastics in our packaging.
