Adam Klinger – Head Chef

Adam is an experienced Head Chef, having worked in managerial roles in kitchens for over 15 years. He is a hard-working and energetic kitchen professional with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Adam has consistently worked in well-known brands and independents, and has an excellent reputation of grasping and creating new concepts and running their kitchens to the highest standards.  He strives to create excellence in any and all new challenges and ventures, and is passionate about great local produce and delivering exciting new flavours and twists on classic British cuisine.  Adam returned to the Northwest in 2020 after being the Head Chef of Boxcar in London and developing their menu and restaurant.

Shaun Ellson – Bar Manager

Shaun joined the industry 7 years ago as a bar back as a part time job and like so many others caught the hospitality bug and never looked back.  He’s passionate about big flavours, sexy garnishes and can always be found cracking a joke. He particularly enjoys the story telling aspects of the liquor world and loves hearing the origin stories of drinks and where they came from. Shaun’s reputation precedes him in Chester as an innovator and larger than life character who is always ready to deliver delicious drinks and make everyone’s experiences the best they can be.
