Long time friend of our festival and host of Chef Live at Northern Restaurant and Bar, Chef Brian is an absolute fixture and legend on the food and drink scene.
He gives his time generously to the next generation of chefs and there are few people more passionate about culinary education at all levels.

Brian is currently resident at The Monastery Manchester – The Grade II listed building offers a magnificent setting for your most momentous occasions, from weddings and banquets to responsible corporate events and everything in between.

Chef Brian joins us on our Chef demo stage this year on Easter Monday 1st April 2024.
