After deciding 7 years ago to craft a career in cooking, Chris has risen quickly through the ranks to take on serious roles as sous chef at 1539 and Artichoke Bistro.
Chris is now Head Chef at The Henry Potts. A city pub in the basement of Chester’s historic Watergate House. They have good honest food, a range of beers and ales that they’re proud of and some excellent wines, some of which they blend and import themselves.
Despite being in a basement, it’s a welcoming and cosy place to be, and the staff aren’t too bad either!
