Chef, presenter and best selling author, Miguel Barclay is the creator of the #onepoundmeals phenomenon. Through his @miguelbarclay instagram account, Miguel has amassed a 250k Instagram following and inspired the nation to get cooking at home.

Writing 7 best selling cookbooks in 5 years, Miguel has become one of the top budget chefs in the UK.

With numerous appearances on TV, Miguel is a familiar face presenting and cooking live on shows such as Saturday Kitchen (BBC 1), This Morning (ITV), Steph’s Packed Lunch (channel 4), Inside The Factory (channel 4), Right On The Money (BBC 2) and Football Going Vegan with Jermaine Jenas (BBC Sport).

We are so please Miguel will be joining us for the first time at our festival to share his fantastic food on a budget.
