Are your weekday meals lacking the flavour of a meal out? Or are you missing that opportunity to show off some of your knife skills? Well then come and join us at the Adult Cooking Classes, at this year’s festival.
These sessions organised by All About Greens will be hands on, so you have the chance to get involved in cooking and to learn from the masters. Each session takes up to 10 people and gets you involved in the whole cooking process from start to finish – including the eating bit!!!
Our chefs have years of experience between them and for this weekend they will be your mentors. Walking you through some amazing plant based dishes to bring that spark back in to your kitchen at home.
The classes are all free and as well as cooking these great dishes you get to eat what you make – now that can’t be bad – well unless you mess it up of course!!
ADULT COOKING CLASSES
This year these classes will be 100% plant based and we are excited to welcome back to the festival Bhupinder Virdee-Lace as a guest Chef along with the team from All About Greens to showcase her knowledge of spices and transforming leftovers into magic meals. She will happily answer any questions about spices during the sessions she leads. She loves teaching people about her heritage and will be showcasing how to make chapattis which are a traditional Indian flat bread.
Booking in advance is important as these classes will be fill up very quickly.
Please note that it is only possible to book a maximum of two spaces per email address and that if you do not arrive in time for your class, you may forfeit your space. Any remaining spaces will be filled on the day, pop by the cookery school to be put on the waiting list.
