Stephanie Peters – Pastry Pedaleur – EASTER MONDAY

Stephanie Peters, the entrepreneur behind Pastry Pedaleur, was previously the pastry chef at the Chester Grosvenor where she mastered her skills under the guidance of Michelin Star chef Simon Radley.

Originally from Mumbai, Stephanie has been running her much loved and rapidly expanding business inside Chester Market providing customers classic French pastries and desserts.

Stephanie set up the business in 2019 to focus on her passion: classic French baking with an Indian twist. The business has grown steadily from its permanent site in Chester’s indoor market food hub where they serve customers from across the country who are looking for authentic, high quality and delicious pastries and other sweet treats.

Stephanie also featured on Channel 4’s Aldi’s Next Big thing in 2022 and has recently featured in the Marketing Cheshire campaign for Cheshire Day.
