Ever wanted to fillet a fish like the pro’s, create your own special Thai flavour or have a go at being a Lebanese chef for a while? Well you can, sign up to and come to our Cook-A-Long Master Class with the Cheshire Cookery School, which gives you the chance to get involved in cooking and to learn from the masters. Each session takes up to 12 people and gets you involved in the whole cooking process from start to finish – including the eating bit!!!
Head Chef, Sam, from the Cheshire Cookery School is your mentor and he has created dishes that you will simply be amazed you can do as well. Sam covers the continents of the world and shows you to to blend spices and ingredients to replicate the restaurants of the high st.
