We Specialise in artisan pies/pastries/scotch eggs. Using only native breed, grass fed & traditionally bred meat. With no use of antibiotics or any type of chemical intervention from farms within a 30 mile radius to the shop. They are slaughtered, in small groups, in the last slaughter house on the Wirral (next door). Cutting down food miles not only for environmental reasons but for also for the welfare of the animals. We also use locally grown vegetables , British cheeses, woodland eggs ect within our products.
