After seeing the Grazing trend growing in the UK, Laura’s business, Graze Cheshire was established in June 2020 during a global pandemic.
During that time she has written a cookbook, Inspired Grazing, appeared in various magazines and newspapers and now works regularly for large brands.
Laura’s cook book, sold out within 4 months and is the fastest selling cookbook by her publisher Meze Publishing. The book has been sold all over the world and is designed to spark creativity in the reader to create their own grazing platters and cheese boards to wow guests or for a simple cosy night in.
A member of the Guild of Food Writers and ambassador for the International Cheese & Dairy Awards, Laura hopes to share the joy of creating platters at home at home and ignite passion with her audience to get creative in the kitchen too.
