Chris Waling is on a mission to try to dispel the image that gluten free cakes and baking isn’t fun or tasty.
After his son Noah was diagnosed as a Coeliac, he has focused all his energy on finding tasty alternatives which are gluten free.
His cookbook Cakes by Noah is currently available on Amazon.
He has also recently created recipes for a guest post for the Clandestine Cake Club and for Food Thoughts UK, Van Dotsch Spices, Mrs Darlington’s and The East India Company
He has given baking demonstrations at the Foodies Festival in Cheshire for the past couple of years and is thrilled to finally join the chef demo stage at Chester Food and Drink Festival 2021.
